Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for Scribe Animator - ohotech subscriptions and purchases.

1) Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from Billing Page → Cancel Subscription. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

2) Refunds (General Rule)

Because Scribe Animator - ohotech provides instant access to digital features (templates, exports, tools), payments are generally non-refundable unless:

• a duplicate charge occurred,
• a technical issue on our side prevented you from using core paid features and we could not resolve it within a reasonable time,
• or a refund is required by applicable law.

3) Refund Requests

To request a refund, email: support@ohotech.com. Include: account email, payment reference/transaction ID, date, and reason.

4) Refund Method & Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay. Typical refund processing time is around 5–7 working days, but may vary by bank/payment method.

5) Partial / Pro-rated Refunds

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time.

6) Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback, we may suspend the associated account while we investigate. Please contact support first to resolve issues quickly.
