These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Scribe Animator - ohotech (the “Service”), operated by Ohotech Solutions Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Definitions

  • “User”, “you”: the person or entity using the Service.
  • “Content”: any text, files, images, audio, video, project data, or other materials uploaded, created, or generated using the Service.
  • “Built-in Assets/Templates”: any templates, icons, characters, props, SVGs, UI blocks, music/sfx (if any) provided by us within the Service.
  • “Subscription”: a paid plan purchased through our payment partner.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

3) Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@ohotech.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4) License to Use the Service (Your “License Terms”)

Subject to these Terms and your Subscription (if any), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal/business/personal use, only as permitted by the Service features.

  • Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where allowed by law.
  • Do not resell, lease, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as a service bureau without our written permission.
  • Do not bypass usage limits, security controls, or paywalls.

5) Built-in Assets/Templates License

We own (or license) the Built-in Assets/Templates. We grant you a license to use Built-in Assets/Templates inside your projects/exports created using the Service, including for commercial use, unless stated otherwise in the asset’s metadata.

  • Do not redistribute or sell Built-in Assets/Templates as standalone files (e.g., “SVG packs”, “template packs”).
  • Do not upload our Built-in Assets/Templates to stock sites, marketplaces, or asset libraries.
  • Do not claim authorship/ownership over Built-in Assets/Templates.

6) Your Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of your Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display your Content only as needed to operate, improve, and secure the Service (including rendering, exporting, backups, and previews).

You represent and warrant that (a) you have all necessary rights to upload/use your Content, and (b) your Content does not infringe intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable laws.

7) Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate laws or regulations, infringe IP rights, distribute malware, or abuse others.

8) Subscriptions, Billing & Payments (Razorpay)

Paid subscriptions are processed via Razorpay (our payment processing partner). Prices, taxes (including GST if applicable), and billing frequency are shown at checkout. We do not store your full card/bank details; payments are handled by Razorpay.

9) Cancellation

You can cancel your Subscription at any time via Billing Page → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

10) Refunds

Refunds (if any) are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy at: /refunds.

11) Service Changes, Availability & Support

We may update or modify the Service from time to time. We aim for good uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Support: support@ohotech.com | Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 10 PM IST
